Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom or special-order items, installed products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Many Aqua products carry a manufacturer warranty (see the product page). Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.
